Refund policy

All Sales of Ebikes are Considered Final at Ebike-Escapes: As a small, locally-owned ebike shop, we are dedicated to offering hands-on test rides for all ebikes in our inventory before you make your purchase.

Returns of New and Unused Accessories Within 14 Days of Receipt: Ebike-Escapes allows returns of ebike accessories in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be free of any damage. 

Warranty Returns. Returns of Ebikes or other items with warranty issues will be serviced by Ebike-Escapes and/or returned based on manufacturer warranty policy.
*Please note: Most manufacturers (including Aventon) do not accept returns of items purchased from their Retail Partner Bike Shops. Contact the place of purchase to determine return policy.

Battery Returns. Due to return shipping carrier restrictions, battery purchases are non-returnable. High-capacity lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions prohibit consumer's ability to return batteries via shipping carriers.
