Feel competent

I feel very competent and comfortable riding my new e-trike after the instructions from Holly and Dan. I am glad that I had them order the trike because it came in with a bent rear wheel and I didn't need to worry about dealing with the company, or sending it back to get a new one. I am very petite and they made certain that the trike would fit me. This e-trike should last a long time, especially since I know I can take it to them for maintenance and service.
